The Principals and Stakeholders at NorthStar Point Breeze LLC are focused on one crucial goal: To provide exceptional homes, using the most advanced technology and building techniques, to enhance the quality of life and community in Point Breeze, Philadelphia, while respecting the history and fabric of the community.

We are proud to have been selected by the Redevelopment Authority of Philadelphia to develop and sell homes under the Federal Government’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program.

We have made the commitment that 100% of our new construction will conform to EnergyStar 2.5 standards and we invite participation from community residents, homeowners, and other interested parties.
